Panel data collection

We have been offering market research solutions on online panels characterized by excellent quality, deep profiling and a high level of response from panelists. During the registration process, panelists fill out a profile questionnaire with more than 70 questions. Overall, we have more than 1 000 pieces of screening information about the panelists.

These data allow us to reach virtually every target group requested by clients and to estimate the feasibility of the project very well. The panels of the MNFORCE Research Agency have 49 000 registered members from Slovakia, 56 000 registered members from the Czech Republic, 38,000 registered members from Poland and 27 000 registered members from Austria. The client’s satisfaction, whether with the quality of the data or the overall process of implementing the project, is very important for us. That is why we have established measures that maintain the quality of our panel at a high-level. As a member of ESOMAR, we have built and managed panels in accordance with strict ESOMAR quality standards.

CATI Call Centre

Our professional call center conducts standardized telephone surveying at 14 workstations right at our telephone studio. Operators (telephone interviewers) are trained to conduct proper interview and work under the guidance and supervision of experienced supervisors. In addition to standard methodological information, they are also trained in assertiveness.

Operators are capable of handling any objections and are prepared to conduct interviews not only in the residential sector but also in the business segment, with doctors and healthcare workers. Each project is preceded by a briefing during which operators are introduced to the issue and become thoroughly familiar with the questionnaire.

The questionnaire programming is carried out in our own software, which allows us to start surveying in a very short time.

During the survey, the operator's work is regularly monitored and evaluated.

In addition to direct listening, operators are independently checked by follow-up calls to ensure that the interview with the respondent was conducted according to the prescribed methodology.

CAPI Network

Our experienced interviewers are distributed throughout Slovakia, in large cities as well as smaller villages, and simultaneously we work constantly to recruit new interviewers to make the network distribution as even as possible.
Interviewers are regularly trained in survey methodologies, they can communicate perfectly with respondents and are able to convey to them the idea with regard to why their opinion is so important. Most interviewers have been involved in this activity for many years and are passionate about their work, which is definitely one of their strengths. The survey network's quality and professionalism are paramount for us.

Through face-to-face data collection, we implement various types of projects, with regard to simpler quota selections, random walks as well as more demanding address selections, and we use Nfield CAPI tablets and software for data collection. For each project type, we carry out a check of at least 30% of the questionnaires, and we use recordings of part of the interviews as control mechanisms, the respondent's telephone contact, and also the control of GPS coordinates in the case of address selections.
